Adventure Aquarium Prepares for Fifth Annual "Creep in the Deep" Celebration!
Ahoy, Mateys! Get ready for the "Adventure" of the Halloween season! Adventure Aquarium on the Camden, NJ Waterfront is preparing to set sail for spooky fun during its fifth annual CREEP IN THE DEEP celebration, happening on Friday, October 23, Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25 during normal business hours (9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Mates and maidens of all ages are invited to come on out to enjoy spooktacular Halloween decorations, including a ghostly pirate ship appearing to sail through a misty wall of Adventure Aquarium's 550,000-gallon Shark Realm Exhibit. But watch out! The ghostly skeleton of Davey Jones still haunts the waters of Shark Realm. Maybe you'll find him…or maybe he'll find you! Guest can also watch in amazement as pumpkins are placed inside Adventure Aquarium's animal exhibits as enrichment (toys) for some animals and as tasty snacks for others! Creep in the Deep promises to deliver Halloween fun that the entire family can enjoy!
For Adventure Aquarium Passport holders only, on October 21st and 22nd, Adventure Aquarium is hosting private, after-hours Creep in the Deep events. During these special Creep in the Deep evenings, Passport holders and their guests will be given exclusive access to the Aquarium's animals and exhibits, including Davey Jones and his ghostly pirate ship! In addition, Passport guests can Trick-or-Treat in a fun and safe environment, enjoy Aquarium staff decked out in full pirate gear, and can even roll up their sleeves to decorate their very own miniature pumpkins*. The special Passport-only Creep in the Deep events will also feature exclusive viewings of "Pirates in 4D," in Adventure Aquarium's 4D Theater (powered by PSE&G) an amphitheater style theater that offers 3D films, adding a 4th dimension of air and water so that guests literally feel like they are inside the movie!
