Q. Is my Passport good from the time of purchase?
A.  Yes, your Passport is valid for one year from the date of purchase.  Passport holders receive a full 12 months of Adventure Aquarium fun.

Q. How can I purchase an Annual Passport?
There are three easy ways. 
1.  Online – by clicking here.
2.  By phone – call the Annual Passport line, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Purchases by phone will be accepted with a major credit card. You will be given a Passport ID number that day to use for future visits.
3.  In person – go to the Aquarium’s Ticketing windows.  You will receive your Passport number.

Q. When will I receive my card?
A.  Please allow four (4) weeks to receive your Passport ID card. If you haven't received your card after this time period, please contact the Annual Passport line at 856-365-3300 x7380, or e-mail us and we will check on it for you.

Q. Can I visit before I receive my card?
A.  Sure! Just bring a photo ID and your Annual Passport number or a receipt verifying your purchase to the Aquarium’s Information booth inside the lobby for admission.

Q. How many Passport cards will I receive?
A.  All Passport accounts receive one card. 

Q. Can I lend my card to a nanny, babysitter, friend or family member?
A. No. Passports are non-transferable and are valid only for the person(s) whose name appears on the card and account.

Q. Can I use my Passport to bring my group?
A. No. Passports are not applicable to group admission and are not transferable to people who are not listed on your Passport account.

Q. My child is visiting with their school on a field trip.  Can they use my family’s Passport card?
A.  Yes, but only if the cardholder of record is also on the trip as a chaperone.  If the cardholder is not coming on the trip, the card may not be used and the child must pay for his or her group admission.

Q. How do Passport holders stay informed about events?
A. Most regular updates and news are sent via email.  If we do not have your email address, please contact us ASAP so you can receive these updates.  We also update our Passport holder web section regularly.

Q. How can I replace a lost or stolen Passport card?
A.  You can request a replacement card by contacting the Annual Passport line at 856-365-3300 x 7380 or by emailing us. There is a $10 replacement card fee.

Q. Why do I have to show a photo ID with my Passport card?
A.  To prevent misuse of Passport cards. We also want to protect our cardholders should their cards be lost or stolen.

Q. Can I renew my Passport online?
A.  Just fill out the online renewal passport request.  It is helpful if you include your current Passport ID number, shown on your card.

Q. Is my Passport payment tax-deductible?
A.  No, Passports are not tax-deductible.

Q. Is my Adventure Aquarium Passport good at other zoos and aquariums?
A.  Adventure Aquarium Passports are only valid at Adventure Aquarium.

Q. Do cardholders receive free parking?
A.  No. Parking costs $9.00 per vehicle.  If you purchase a Family level however, you do receive a discount on parking for a certain amount of visits.

Q. Is admission to the Camden Children’s Garden included with my Passport?
A.  No.  The Children’s Garden is a separate attraction and has its own admission cost.

Q. Why didn’t I receive my 4D Theater tickets with my card and parking vouchers?
A.  The 4D Theater tickets are not mailed out.  Simply ask to use them upon arrival at the Information Booth inside the lobby or 4D Theater Desk in the Rotunda.

Q. Can I apply my ticket purchase towards a Passport?
A.  Yes, you have up to one week to decide and make this transaction.  A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Q. Do I need my Passport ID card to visit?
A.  No. All account information can be accessed in our admissions system.  Bring in a photo ID and your visit will not be a problem.

Q. Should I buy a Passport today?
A.  Yes!  It pays for itself in 2 visits!
