All participants must wear closed-toe shoes for all encounters/tours. Certain encounters have specific dress requirements; please review each encounter's “What to Expect” section for more details.
Plan to arrive at the Aquarium at least 30 minutes before the start of your encounter to allow for parking and entry. Check-in for your encounter at the Guest Services Desk (Zone B) 15 minutes before your scheduled time. During your Check-In, our Guest Services team will have you sign the waiver, check for proper footwear, and check your children’s proof of age (i.e., birth certificate, passport, adoption papers, foster papers, etc.).
After entering the Aquarium, check in for your encounter 15 minutes before the start time at the Guests Services Desk in Zone B on Level 1.

Yes, our tours and encounters are booked as public experiences.
All encounters and tours are non-refundable. Please check age restrictions to confirm all guests are eligible to participate. Encounters and tours can be rescheduled by calling 844-474-FISH (3474) at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If Adventure Aquarium needs to reschedule for any reason, refunds will be provided. Please check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled encounter/tour. Guests arriving after the start of the encounter will not be able to participate, and the encounter will not be refunded or rescheduled.
