Gold and Platinum Members* can bring non-member friends on special Bring-A-Friend days throughout the year. You will be notified by email in advance of these days. Gold Members receive two and Platinum Members receive four seasonal Bring-A-Friend passes per Membership purchased - adult or child. You can use one pass during the first six months of your Membership and the other in the following six months.
Bring friends with you during every visits with special Member savings per ticket. Gold and Platinum Members* can purchase discounted General Admission ticket for their guests. Buy online in advance to reserve your timed spot. Tickets are valid for one (1) usage for the date and time selected.

Starting January 1, 2025, Adventure Aquarium Membership Cards are going digital!
By going digital, we aim to reduce plastic waste and make it easier for you to access your membership anytime, anywhere. As a result, physical Membership Cards will no longer be available.
Members can now access their Membership Cards digitally by downloading the Adventure Aquarium app, using their online account on the Adventure Aquarium website, or by adding Membership Cards to their Mobile Wallet.
The Adventure Aquarium app also gives Members access to amenities, including Membership Entitlements, the Aquarium’s map, and the Daily Schedule.
Memberships can be purchased online, over the phone at 1-844-474-FISH (3474) or at the Box Office during your next visit.
All Memberships provide excellent value with 12 months of access to Adventure Aquarium.
Weekday Value Members enjoy year-round weekday access to the Aquarium, with select blackout dates.

As a Silver Member you will enjoy 364 days of access to Adventure Aquarium with no blackout dates.
As a Gold Member you will receive 10% off at The Gift Shop,H2O Photo and Marketplace, as well as additional Member benefits like $5 off parking. You also receive two Seasonal Bring-A-Friend passes with each Gold Membership purchased. This is at least a $90 value all for just $20 more than a Silver Membership.
As a Platinum member you will receive all of the gold perks with two additional Seasonal Bring-A-Friend passes and FREE parking. Platinum members are also granted access to the aquarium with no reservation needed.
Yes. Memberships are for individual people. Memberships are non-transferable and only one person is named to each Membership.
All Memberships are valid for one full year and will run until the end of the month of activation.
You will receive email renewal reminders with a special early-renewal price and some of our upcoming exhibits and events. You will not lose any time on the Membership if renewed before the expiration date. The new Membership will commence when the current one expires.
Gold and Platinum members will receive an email with invitations to Member-only events held throughout the year. Member-only emails will also update you on special events, new exhibits and animal updates at Adventure Aquarium.
Each Gold Member – adult or child – receives two Seasonal Bring-A-Friend tickets with their Membership. You can use one during your first six months as a member and the other during the following six months.
Platinum members – adult or child – receives four Seasonal Bring-A-Friend tickets with their Membership. You can use one during your first three months as a member, one in months four to six, one in months seven to nine and the last one during the final three months.
Quarterly Bring-A-Friend Days are scheduled throughout the year for Gold and Platinum members. You will be notified by email prior to these days.
If you lose your physical membership card, you can download the Adventure Aquarium app to access your digital Membership Card, which can be scanned for entry.
While we highly encourage Members to go green and skip the plastic, a replacement card can be requested at the Box Office for a $5 printing fee.
Parking is in the Hippo and Penguin lots located directly across from the Aquarium.
Members and General Admission guests will pull a ticket from the parking kiosk at entry. This ticket will be used to pay for parking upon exit, or before returning to the lot by scanning the ticket’s QR code using a mobile device or the parking kiosk in the Main Lobby. All major credit cards are accepted.
Guests wishing to pay cash for parking can do so at the dedicated cash kiosk in the Main Lobby.

Members without smartphone access can request a physical Membership Card at the Box Office before entry – a $5 printing fee is required.
Yes! Your current Membership Card can still be scanned and used for entry if your Member # doesn’t change. Your Member Card will no longer be valid if you purchase a new membership instead of renewing your pass.
