Members are required to have a Member Online Account when renewing online. With a Member Online Account you will be able to easily access your Passes and perks like Bring-A-Friend tickets plus exclusive discounts.
Your special offers will be sent to you via email. To add or change your contact information on file, contact us via email or by dialing 1-844-474-FISH (3474).
1. Please visit the Member Online Accounts page.
2. If you already have an account, Sign In. If you do not have an account, click/tap on "Register Now" if you need to create a new account.
3. Once within your Member Online Account, scroll down to the Passes module to view linked Passes. If your Passes are already linked, click/tap on "Renew Passes". If you still need to link your Passes, you will be directed to the Link Your Passes page. On this page you can link passes, buy new passes, or renew your existing passes.
When you are ready to renew your pass(es), click on the "+" to see additional information.
All linked passes in your account will be evaluated for renewal.

Gold and Platinum Members* can bring non-member friends on special Bring-A-Friend days throughout the year. You will be notified by email in advance of these days. Gold Members receive two and Platinum Members receive four seasonal Bring-A-Friend passes per Membership purchased - adult or child. You can use one pass during the first six months of your Membership and the other in the following six months.
Bring friends with you during every visits with special Member savings per ticket. Gold and Platinum Members* can purchase discounted General Admission ticket for their guests. Buy online in advance to reserve your timed spot. Tickets are valid for one (1) usage for the date and time selected.
To access your discounted Bring-A-Friend Tickets, you must first have a qualifying pass linked to your online account.
Present your Gold or Platinum Membership* at The Gift Shop, The Marketplace, H2O Photos, and Encounters and receive 10% off of your purchase. All Members also receive half-price general admission to all Herschend Family Entertainment Properties: Dollywood, Silver Dollar City, Stone Mountain Park, Wild Adventures, and Newport Aquarium.
