We’ve also extended our hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m.) on Saturdays and Sundays to allow guests extra time to enjoy the mermaid magic.
Yes! The Underwater Mermaid Experience, Mermaid Beach Club, and Mermaid Meet & Greet are all included with admission. However, you can upgrade your experience with paid opportunities such as H20 Photo packages, VR Experience, and more.
Parking is in the Hippo and Penguin lots located directly across from the Aquarium.
Please note: Mermaids is a popular festival that often sells out, so parking may be limited or temporarily unavailable in the Hippo and Penguin Lots. While other parking options are available, the Aquarium cannot provide refunds or Member discounts to guests parking outside the Aquarium’s designated Hippo and Penguin Lots.
While reservations are not required, they are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to guarantee admission, as sell-outs are expected.
Please note that the saltwater environment limits the mermaids’ vision while underwater.
As a result, the mermaids may not be able to interact directly with guests during the underwater show.
The best opportunity to interact with the mermaids is at the Mermaid Beach Club and Mermaid Meet & Greet, which are included with admission.
