CAMDEN, N.J. – Adventure Aquarium is excited to bring back its popular Pre-K Kid’s Adventure Pass FREE of charFREge to children 2- to 5-years-old to explore life underwater for a year of free fun.
The Pre-K Kid’s Adventure Pass offers preschoolers unlimited, free admission to the Aquarium for an entire year to enjoy everything the Aquarium has to offer. From Shark Bridge to Scuba Santa, the Pre-K Kid’s Pass is a preschooler’s ticket to underwater fun all year round.
Parents and guardians can register their children for the pass beginning Sept. 9 at adventureaquarium.com/prek, and will need to visit the aquarium to activate by Oct. 31. There is limited availability for the pass and families are encouraged to register and activate their child’s pass early to avoid missing the opportunity. Due to hourly capacity restrictions, reservations are strongly recommended.
“We are excited to again offer the Pre-K Kid’s Pass to area families,” said Molly Deese, Executive Director. “As a mom, I know parents want to not only entertain their kids, but also provide a little bit of learning. The Pre-K Pass allows families to do that all year!”
From special Pre-K Playdates to getting some hands-on learning at touch exhibits, Adventure Aquarium is a great place to bring preschoolers to enjoy year-round fun and educational experiences.
In additional to the Aquarium’s regular programming, new Pre-K Playdates will run Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at noon until October 31 including animal themed story time, a special animal up-close encounter and a Pre-K Parade.
The Aquarium keeps preschoolers and their parents in mind with specifically designed exhibits that include Shark Bridge, KidZone and four touch exhibits, along with a soft pad, outdoor play area in Penguin Park. Throughout the year, Adventure Aquarium offers additional programming like Christmas Underwater featuring Scuba Santa, starting November 26. Dive shows and animal feeds are also scheduled daily.
In 2020, Adventure Aquarium was the first cultural attraction in the Philadelphia-area to offers a free Pre-K Pass for unlimited admission. More than 10K free annual passes were provided to preschoolers. Adventure Aquarium also provides videos, activities and educational worksheets for at-home learning resources for parents and teachers.
